The personal information you submit when placing your enquiry is treated as confidential. Trends, Tracking and Sharing Information
Bates Joinery uses standard software for monitoring statistical information such as how many visitors we have to our websites and what countries they are coming from. These statistics help us get general overviews of customer trends. We do not look at individual customer data.

Bates Joinery uses stringently tested technologies to ensure the security of information transmitted via our web site is maintained in our possession.

We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or unauthorised alteration of your Personal Information. However, due to the nature of email and the internet, we cannot guarantee the privacy or confidentiality of your Personal Information. Your Personal Information may be collected, stored and processed on servers located outside of New Zealand. As electronic or networked storage can be accessed from various countries via an internet connection it is not always practicable to know in which country your information may be accessed or held.

Whilst we do not send newsletters, if you receive an email post from us you can opt out or unsubscribe from our email list by using the “Unsubscribe” option.
